Module 2 – Grünau Moves: a Best Practice to promote health and prevent obesity in children

This module presents the best practice Grünau Moves, highlighting its contribution to the design and implementation of effective interventions for health promotion and the prevention of childhood obesity, following a public health approach. Through the narrative of activities and actions developed by the participants of the JA, the key stakeholders to be involved at different implementation levels (national, regional, and local) are described, along with the obstacles, enabling factors, and recommendations for local implementation. The module will emphasize the essential elements for ensuring the transferability and sustainability of the intervention.

 

This module includes 16 learning units distributed across 6 sessions.
